MarsClipThe AI models in MarsClip
MarsClip runs several video and image models. Each guide covers what the model does well and when to use it.
- Grok VideoGrok Video is xAI's video generation model, and speed is what it trades on. It animates a still or generates from text quickly enough that you can try an idea, see it, and change your mind. That is a different way of working from committing to one careful shot.
- Kling 3Kling 3 generates video with cinematic motion, and it is the model to reach for when the same character has to still be the same character in the next shot. Run it inside MarsClip and the clip lands in a project that already handles script, voiceover, captions and publishing.
- Nano Banana 2Nano Banana 2 is Google's image model. It generates stills and edits existing ones at up to 4K. It is the only image model in the set, which makes it where most good shots begin. The still you animate is easier to get right than the video you generate blind.
- Seedance 2.0Seedance 2.0 generates single takes of up to twenty-four seconds, the longest of any model here. That length is the reason to choose it: some moments lose their point the instant you cut away, and this is the model that lets them run.
- Veo 3.1Veo 3.1 is Google's video generation model. It produces photoreal shots of up to twelve seconds, and unlike every other model here it generates sound along with the picture. Run it inside MarsClip and the shot lands in a project that already handles script, voiceover, captions and publishing.
